Studio & Session Policy

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to book your session, paid by card in advance. Payment confirms your booking; we cannot reserve time without it, and we do not accept cash day-of.
  • Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis via the website.
  • Two-hour minimum per session.

Session Hours & Timing

  • We clock the time you book, but all hours do not need to be used in a single session.
  • Be sure to include time at the end of your session to “bounce” or export tracks in real time.
  • If you need stems, clean edits, or alternate versions, request them during the session. If you want additional files after the session, a $15 fee per version applies.

Recording & Preparation

  • Bring your instrumentals, beats, or track outs on USB or email them to yourself ahead of time.
  • We recommend backing up your own sessions, though we will keep copies on file.

Mixing & Mastering

  • Mixing is included if you give us time to do it.
  • Mixing includes a “Stereo Master” or a referral to a Mastering Engineer.
  • We prefer mixing or mastering to be done separately at a flat rate. Please discuss pricing with your engineer in advance.

Studio Conduct & Cleaning

  • Please take care in the studio. Any messes that require cleaning, including vomit or spills, will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
  • No refunds are provided.
